1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


2. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting support.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale items or gift cards
